What this site keeps, and why.

Leader Vista is a one-person practice. This page says plainly what the site collects and what happens to it.

The Scorecard sign-up

When you ask for the Team Health Scorecard, the site stores the email address you typed, the date, and which form you used. It also keeps a one-way hash of your connection address for an hour, only to stop a script from signing up hundreds of times. The address itself is not stored.

The email address is used to send you the Scorecard and, now and then, something else Jason has written that a leader in your position might find useful. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying "stop" does the same job.

What the site does not do

• No analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
• No sale, rental, or sharing of your address with anyone.
• No cookies at all beyond your own light or dark theme choice, which is stored in your browser and never sent anywhere.

Booking a call

The Book a call button takes you to a scheduling page run by Fantastical. What you enter there is covered by Flexibits' privacy policy, not this one.

Where it lives

The site and its sign-up list are hosted on Cloudflare in the United States. Cloudflare keeps ordinary server logs for a short time, as every host does.

Your address, your call

Ask and Jason will tell you what is stored about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address in the footer. Flag: no mailbox yet
