Executive coaching and team development

Lead. Further. Focused.

For church planters, pastors, and the values-driven leaders who lead like them. Healthier leaders, stronger teams, and work that lasts.

The problem

Most teams stall between vision and execution.

The vision is clear in the point leader's head. Then it meets a team that hears it five different ways, a calendar that fills up, and good people who slowly go quiet.

Most of the room is wired for the present. The point leader is usually wired for the future. Nobody is wrong, and nobody is translating, so the leader carries more and carries it alone. It looks like a strategy problem. It is almost always a team problem, and it compounds.

The approach

One line of sight, from where the team stands to where it is called.

Half of leadership is seeing the destination. The other half is a team that can see it with you: people and systems, present and future, held in one directed view. The work runs on GiANT Worldwide's 5 Voices framework, which I am certified in, translated for ministry and mission-driven teams.

i.

See the voices

Name how each person is wired, and what the team keeps missing.

ii.

Draw the quiet ones out

Roughly half of any team is quiet by wiring. Their contribution gets built into how the team works.

iii.

Build the bridge

Start from where the team actually is. Move it toward where it is called, together.

iv.

Make it stick

A shared language the team keeps using long after I am gone.

Offerings

Three ways to work together.

01
Coaching · One to one

Coaching

A healthier point leader who is not carrying it alone.

For planters, pastors, and mission-driven executives.

One to one, ongoing: part sounding board, part fractional chief strategy officer. We work on you, and on the decisions only you can make.

Teams · 5 Voices for Teams

Teams

A team that trusts each other and moves together.

For staff teams, boards, launch teams, and the values-driven business teams that want the same thing.

About six sessions with the whole team in the room. Everyone learns their own voice and the voices around them, and the team stops talking past each other.

For planters, it runs as a team and a leader cohort at once, the design behind the Bronx launch-team day below.

03
Cohorts · Leader Academy

Cohorts

Leaders who grow together over a season, with peers who stay.

For planters across plants, pastor cohorts, and conference or denominational groups.

A longer arc with a peer cohort. Each leader grows, and the relationships outlast the program.

Who I am

Twenty-five years in church planting, from the inside.

I planted churches for sixteen years, then spent a decade as Director of Church Planting for the Covenant's East Coast Conference and three years leading church planting nationally for Canada Covenant. I still carry planting work for the denomination. I am a GiANT Guide and 5 Voices Certified, and Leader Vista is how I bring all of that to your team.

I work most with church planters and pastoral teams. Increasingly, established churches and values-driven leaders and businesses want the same team health, and the door is open. If that is you, let's talk.
